ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the AI Precision Marketing website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SERVICES

AI Precision Marketing provides AI-powered marketing automation, web design, and consulting services for businesses. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

PAYMENT TERMS

All services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, clients own all custom-built systems, code, and assets created specifically for their business. Generic templates and frameworks remain the property of AI Precision Marketing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AI Precision Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
