AI consulting · AI Opportunity Assessment

Untangle the work that eats your week.

Quotes typed by hand. Schedules juggled by text. The spreadsheet only one person understands. I come into your business, map how the work actually moves, and hand you a written plan for where AI and custom tools give you hours back.

Free 20-minute call. The full assessment is $1,000, credited toward anything we build.

Animation: six everyday jobs (quotes, scheduling, job notes, timesheets, invoices and follow-ups) start out tangled. Lens, the AI Precision robot, scans them and they re-route into one clean flow, giving hours back every week.

Things we have built

The plan comes from people who build this stuff.

Four of our own builds, all in use. Click through to see what each one does and the kind of time it gives back.

Lens

A robot that lives on Eric's desktop. Ask it something out loud and it answers out loud, after reading the real project files instead of guessing.

Time it gives back: The digging. No more hunting through folders and old emails to find where a job stands.

  • Voice in, voice out
  • Reads the real files
  • Asks before it changes anything

The ad you clicked was built here too.

Storyboarded, cast and cut in Hellforge, the studio from the slide above. Same idea as the assessment: find the slow part, then build the tool that does it.

Where AI usually pays first

What is the busywork costing you?

Most of the savings hide in jobs nobody thinks of as a process. Tick the ones that eat your week and put your own numbers in. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.

1. Tick the jobs that eat your week
2. What an hour of that time costs you
Your estimate, from your numbers
$0 a year

Tick a job to start.

This is what the time costs you today, not a promise of what we would save. The assessment shows which parts are worth automating and which are not.

Who does the work

The person who maps it is the person who builds it.

I build these tools every day, for my own business and for clients. So when I walk through yours, I am not guessing at what AI might do someday. I am looking for the jobs I know can be handed off now, and telling you what each one would take.

You get a plan you can act on, with or without me. If you want us to build part of it, your $1,000 comes off that work.

How it works

Three steps, and the plan is yours to keep.

  1. Free 20-minute call

Fill in the form or call me. We see if there is real time to win back. If there is, we set a date.

  2. I walk through your business

With you and your team, I follow how work moves: the tools, the hand-offs, the repeat jobs, the bottlenecks.

  3. You get the plan

Every opportunity ranked by time and money saved, with the cost to set up. We go through it together.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask before they book.

Is the first call really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes on the phone with me. If there is not enough time to win back in your business, I will tell you, and you owe nothing. If there is, the full assessment is $1,000, credited toward any build.

What do I actually get for the $1,000?

A walkthrough of how work moves through your business, a map of the repetitive tasks and how long they take, and a written plan: what to automate, which tools to use or build, what each one costs, and what it should save. Then we go through the plan together.

How does the credit work?

If you hire us to build any of the tools in the plan, the full $1,000 comes off that project. If you build it yourself or with someone else, the plan is still yours to keep.

Do we have to buy anything after?

No. Some owners take the plan and run with it. Some have us build one piece. The assessment stands on its own either way.

We are not a tech company. Is this for us?

Especially. The biggest wins are usually in quoting, scheduling, follow-ups and paperwork, the ordinary work every business has. You do not need to know anything about AI to book this.

Who does the assessment?

Me, Eric Wick, from Stony Plain. I build the tools myself, so every recommendation comes from someone who knows what it takes to actually make it work.
